We Build Home Additions
Based in Appleton, Linked Living Homes is a general contractor specializing in home additions. We offer both site built home additions and prefab modular additions.
PREFAB MODULAR ADDITIONS
Certain projects lend themselves well to a modular approach to a home addition. We are able to build a home addition inside of our shop and install it on site. Some benefits include less disturbance on site, faster completion, materials protected indoors, and efficiencies of working inside the facility.

SITE BUILT ADDITIONS
Certain projects are best built on site with traditional stick build methods. Linked Living offers both stick built and modular options.

Linked Living is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist through the National Association of Home Builders
Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS)
Choosing a contractor that is certified as an aging in place specialist means you are working with a builder that has gone through specialized training to design and build a home focused on the needs of seniors/those with special needs. This means you can be at peace knowing your family will live in their home safely and securely.

Meet The Team
Tom Cops
Tom is the Owner and Founder of Linked Living Homes. Tom went to UW-Platteville where he earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering. After college he worked for Curwood in Oshkosh as a project manager for 3 years before deciding to join the family business. Tom has worked in the Fox Valley and beyond for 23 years as co-owner of Cops Construction until 2017. In 2018, combining Tom's professional and personal experiences, he started a business remodeling for those with seniors and those with special needs.
Greg Cops
Greg is a Manager at Linked Living Homes. He is the 3rd eldest son of Tom Cops and is extremely passionate about the company mission to bring families together. Greg has a bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management and has worked at Graco, Plexus, and Boeing. Before joining Linked Living Homes Greg most recently spent time in the mountains of Guerrero, Mexico with his wife doing mission work. Greg's wife worked in the education team while Greg worked in the economic development team helping start goat farming, carpentry, chili farming, and more. Greg most enjoys playing soccer and spending time with wife, family, and friends.
